Tracking numbers are usually provided within 24–48 hours after your order has been shipped. Please check your email or message inbox.

It may take a few hours for the tracking information to update. Please try again later. If it still doesn’t work after 24 hours, feel free to contact us.

Delivery time depends on your location and the courier. Local orders usually take 2–5 days, while international orders may take longer.

Tracking status may not update immediately due to courier delays or high volume. Rest assured your package is on the way.

We can update your address only if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
